Get help with Telos Note recordings, transcription, AI actions, documents, exports, subscriptions, and the Mac app.

Recordings and transcription

If recording or transcription is not working, check microphone and speech recognition permissions in system settings. Apple Speech availability can vary by language, device, and network or on-device support.

AI actions

Improve Note, Ask Note, Ask Library, Meeting Notes, summaries, and action extraction use AI when you choose those features. A network connection and active entitlement may be required for some actions.

Documents and exports

Telos Note can import documents, PDFs, images, audio, and text, retain originals as attachments, extract readable text where supported, and export notes in formats such as PDF, DOCX, RTF, Markdown, plain text, audio, attachments, or ZIP archives where available.

Subscriptions and restore

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. If Pro status is missing after a purchase, use Restore Purchases in the app and confirm you are signed in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.

Mac app help

The Mac app is a native Telos Note experience for writing, voice notes, documents, Ask Library, actions, exports, and Pro status. Reminder language refers to supported app reminder or notification behaviour and does not imply Mac Calendar or Reminders integration.

Privacy and data

Telos Note is local-first, with server-side processing only for features that need it, such as selected AI actions. Read the Privacy Policy for details about recordings, transcripts, documents, AI processing, subscriptions, and support contact.
