These terms apply to your use of Telos Note on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Apple Standard EULA

Telos Note is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless separate terms are provided by Apple. You can review Apple's Standard EULA at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Using Telos Note

Telos Note helps you capture, organise, improve, search, and export notes, recordings, transcripts, documents, images, actions, and generated outputs. You are responsible for the content you create, import, record, export, share, or submit to AI features.

You must not use Telos Note to break the law, infringe the rights of others, upload or process content you do not have permission to use, abuse the service, attempt to bypass entitlement checks, or interfere with the security or operation of the app or its services.

Subscriptions and Pro Features

Telos Note may offer Pro subscriptions handled by Apple through StoreKit. Prices, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and billing are managed by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase flow. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.

Pro features may include expanded AI actions, Ask Library, richer outputs, larger workflows, or other premium capabilities described in the app or App Store listing. We may update Pro feature availability over time without creating Mac-specific subscription products.

AI Outputs

Some Telos Note features use AI to improve notes, summarise content, extract actions, answer questions, or create Meeting Notes. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice.

You should review AI outputs before relying on them, exporting them, sharing them, or using them in important decisions.

Exports and Shared Content

Telos Note can export or share notes, transcripts, audio, attachments, and generated outputs. You are responsible for checking exported content and for how it is used after it leaves the app.

Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Telos Note useful and reliable, but features may change, pause, or stop working because of platform availability, Apple services, AI provider availability, network conditions, App Store requirements, or operational needs.

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Continued use of Telos Note after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Telos Note handles local content, AI processing, subscriptions, analytics, and support information.
