Telos Note is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless separate terms are provided by Apple. These Terms supplement that agreement for the Telos Note product and services.
Using Telos Note
Telos Note helps you prepare for meetings, present, capture recordings, create transcripts, organise notes, use optional AI features and export or share selected content. You are responsible for the content you create, import, record, process, export or share.
You must not use Telos Note to break the law, infringe the rights of others, process content you do not have permission to use, bypass entitlement or allowance controls, abuse the service or interfere with the app’s security or operation.
Recording consent
Recording laws and workplace rules vary by location and context. You are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required before recording a conversation or meeting. Telos Note does not determine whether a recording is lawful in your circumstances.
Subscriptions, plans and allowances
Telos Note may offer Basic, Pro and Pro+ access. Paid subscriptions are purchased and managed through Apple StoreKit. The current price, billing period, any introductory offer and renewal terms are shown in the app and Apple’s purchase sheet before you subscribe. An introductory offer exists only when Apple displays it as available to you.
Pro and Pro+ may provide different meeting lengths, AI meeting-note allowances, AI action allowances and other capabilities. Exact allowances are shown in the app and may be enforced by both the app and our server. Allowances may reset on daily, weekly, per-note or lifetime boundaries depending on the feature.
We may adjust feature availability or allowances to maintain product quality, prevent abuse, respond to provider or platform changes and keep the service sustainable. We will not change Apple billing without the disclosures and controls required by Apple.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID settings. Restore Purchases can be used in the app. A subscription is intended for the Apple account that purchased it and the Apple devices on which Apple makes that entitlement available.
Transcription and processing
Transcription quality and processing time depend on audio quality, language, speaker clarity, meeting length, device performance, available system resources and Apple or third-party service availability. Transcripts may contain errors or omissions.
On Mac, a completed meeting may continue processing after you return to Today or begin another meeting. You are responsible for reviewing the resulting transcript and note before relying on or sharing them.
AI outputs
AI features may improve notes, summarise content, translate text, extract actions, answer questions or create Meeting Notes and follow-up drafts. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. It is not professional, legal, medical, financial or other specialist advice.
You should review AI output before relying on it, exporting it, sharing it or using it in an important decision. You retain responsibility for the final content and how it is used.
iCloud, exports and shared content
Optional iCloud Sync is provided through Apple and depends on your Apple ID, iCloud availability, storage and device settings. Telos Note cannot guarantee continuous synchronisation or recover content that was never synchronised or exported.
When you export or share notes, transcripts, audio, attachments or generated output, the destination app or service controls what happens next. You are responsible for checking the content and choosing an appropriate destination.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Telos Note reliable, but features may change, pause or stop working because of device compatibility, Apple services, AI provider availability, network conditions, App Store requirements, security needs or operational constraints.
We may update these Terms as the app changes. The current version and last-updated date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Telos Note handles local content, meeting audio, transcription, optional AI processing, iCloud, subscriptions, cross-device allowances and analytics.
